Cancellation / Changes to reservation
This policy defines cancellations and/or amendments:
- Free cancellation is possible until 23:59 1 day before the day of guest arrival, and is valid for standard reservations (does not apply for special rates and packages).
- If the reservation is not used without being cancelled in time, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the stay.
- Changes to reservations made before 23:59 1 dy before on the day of arrival will not be charged.
- Reservation stays at discounted prices (early booking, last minute, etc.) are non-refundable, their cancellation is not possible, and the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of their value.
- Reservation stays at discounted prices (discounts for longer stays) may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy for groups
In the event of cancellation of group reservations, the following CANCELLATION policy applies:
- 1 day before the start of the stay - 100% of the total accommodation charge
- 7 days before the start of the stay - 75% of the total accommodation charge
- 14 days before the start of the stay - 50% of the total accommodation charge
- 21 days before the start of the stay - 25% of the total accommodation charge
- 31 days before the start of the stay - 0% of the total accommodation charge
- Free cancellation is possible until 18:00 on the day of guest arrival, and is valid for standard reservations (does not apply for special rates and packages).
- If the reservation is not used without being cancelled in time, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the fee for the first night.
- Changes to reservations made before 18:00 on the day of arrival will not be charged.
- Reservation stays at discounted prices (early booking, last minute, etc.) are non-refundable, their cancellation is not possible, and the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of their value.
Reservation stays at discounted prices (discounts for longer stays) may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
